It's basically impossible to book an appointment in englisch, the hung up on me 3 times today, because of lack of English skills. Very rude.
Today I was in the hospital again. The level of rudeness of the stuff there.. I have an insurance and work her, still they didn't want to give me a simple check up for general doctor. Non existing Communication skills and very arrogant attitude of the staff. I was a patient her for three years. Never again
Update: it's not on the list of my company any more, becouse a discrimination towards foreign patients. They asked for some extra document, and lied that it's necessary for everyone. They never asked my turkish colleges about this document, and no other hospital asked for it too.
The Hospital is clean and welcoming and the doctors and nurses are very competent and friendly. The young man who translated everything for me was not only fluent in English but also super friendly and very kind and helpful.
Perfect hospital for any kind of surgery. Very good doctors and also nurses. MR & CT works well. They are also helping for fast recovery. Decorations are perfect. Recently open. The team who serve us in a great way, were: Hilal Alpşanlı, Cemile Çümen, Başar Özgün, Rabia YILMAZ, Necibe Aydoğan.
Went to the emergency room, before doing the tests they said they accept my insurance, I provided my policy number and they have checked it in the system. After all the tests and procedures were done they told me “oh, sorry your insurance is not valid in this specific hospital” so I had to pay the full price of their overpriced services.
The cardiologist and the English speaking assistant-nurse were super nice and helpful.
Stay away from this hospital’s ER at all costs. Have never come across any staff (let alone medical staff) that was this rude and vile towards patients when you’re in desperate need for help. Would have given zero stars if I could.
