Your test results will take 10 working days they said. Okay after 10 working day i came test is ready but i had to see doctor too which were on my test payment as controlling appointment. But they said that controlling days are over. Thats all. It was my last visit to this hospital as i saw scam here and they didn’t hesitate to help. I was not coming here by insurance coverage i was paying money. This scam i cant handle.
I was staying on the 4th floor and the staff was very helpful and nice. Little problems with the language was solved by using google translate.
Very best service ever , service is perfect, --they make me many tests before my Gastric sleeve operation , very professional there is person always available to help with the communication , rooms are with personal bathrooms ,tv and wi-fi. Surgeons are very very professional and polite .Hospital have latest technology .... it was not operation for me --it was holiday.Thank you guys
I had surgery for my knee (torn tendon) in my home country. A month later, I fell and partially torn the tendon again. I wanted to find a good place to have a second surgery, where the surgeon was really experienced because the second surgery would be more difficult. After searching the web, I came across Derindere Hospital and Dr. Yavuz. His credentials were impressive and the hospital staff were very responsive in answering my questions. They also put together a very comprehensive and affordable package. I traveled to Istanbul, where an excellent and knowledgeable translator/assistant picked me up and handled everything. I had the surgery and ended up staying in the hospital for a week. The doctor came almost every day to check progress, the nursing staff was very professional and prompt, even the meals were good. I can't emphasize how impressed I have been by their capabilities and service, but also the overall attitude of doing everything possible to make my surgery and recovery successful. Highly recommended.
