Nice equipment and they speak english... thats on the plus side.
Communication with them via Whatsup is terrible, via phone only bad ... prices are really high and doctors know only how to use antibiotics and send you to more useless, expensive examinations.
If you want something basic like blood test or baby vaccination (not much profit for them) they are annoyed.
Dont go there unless you have no other choice. Or use only for examination (MRI, blood test ... ) And then consult elsewhere.
I had a surgery there and I was very happy with the room, nurses and of course my doctor. Its was a bit costly as I came from another country because I wanted that doctor specifically and it was totally worth it. Stayed in VIP floor, liked the room, the cafe terrace, nurses are really nice. One thing maybe to improve- since there are quite few foreigners- some English TV would be nice. There are only Turkish channels. Good thing is we had sufficient internet so we watch Bulgarian tv online.
They provide translator for foreigners upon request. And most doctors can speak English very well.
The hospital is usually clean, and crowded. The price is roughly in the same level as other private ones if without insurance.
Recommended, as a summary.
Güven has been our family hospital for more than 15 years. During this time, I never regretted for the treatment we have received.
