At 10:04, when we went to the doctor to have the test he requested at the external center he recommended and show the result, we opened a check-up ticket at the cashier and were kept waiting for about 30 minutes, even though the doctor left the hospital at noon. When we learned that there was no doctor, we received a response from the consultants such as "There is nothing we can do, you will come back tomorrow". Although we conveyed this problem to the relevant units, we made an appointment the next day and showed the result. The lady at the desk gave a different price for the additional ultrasound requested by the doctor, and Ms. Şüheda at the cashier gave a different price. Even though I explained the grievances we had already experienced, we were faced with behavior that did not suit a hospital staff. I have a complaint against her. There is a serious communication problem between hospital staff. There is no need to pay extra for such a service. It is no different from a public hospital.

Kan alma bölümüne gittiğimizde iki hemşire bulunuyordu biri kan alması için 14 aylık bebeği tutmamızı istedi ve kızımla birlikte dakikalarca tuttuk o sırada kollarını açıp kapatıyor bebek ağladığı için tavır yapıyor el üstünden damar bulmaya çalışıyor ama oyuncak gibi suratsız bir şekilde ağır ağır tavırlarla dalga geçer gibi sağ sol kollarını sadece aç kapa yaptı, ben de artık bakmaya devam edecek misiniz bebek çok ağlıyor deyince bebek durmuyor diyor, biz iki kişi bebeği sabit tuttuk kollarını resmen kitlenin fakat alelade suratsiz hemşireniz bize laf sokmaktan işini yapmadı, cocuk bölümü hemşirenin gittik ve 2 dakika içerisinde kan verme işlemimiz tamamlandı. Şikayet için giriş katında bekledik fakat kimseyle görüşme sağlayamadı. Hemşirenin adını bile veremediler bize. Böyle sorumsuz bir gün geçirdik ve çıktık oradan. Bütün aile oraya geliyoruz ilk defa böyle sorumsuz personellere denk geldik. Benimle iletişime geçmenizi istiyorum.
