It was truly the best decision I’ve ever made, and without a doubt, I would choose Acıbadem Ataşehir again for any future medical needs. From the very first call at 16 weeks of pregnancy, I was assigned a professional medical consultant who guided me through every step of the process. The hospital provided clear, transparent cost estimates from the beginning, allowing me to plan and prepare with confidence. Communication was seamless—not just before and during my delivery but also afterward. They truly cared for both me and my baby, ensuring that we received the best follow-up care. A special mention to Molly for her incredible support! For any foreigners considering Acıbadem, rest assured—you will be in great hands. I was also pleasantly surprised by the top-class transportation services provided for hospital visits - it's very helpful. Beyond that, I was (again) surprised that I had a dedicated assistant who went beyond being a translator; she managed my administrative paperwork, scheduled doctor’s appointments, and ensured I received the best care possible. Ece, thank you for being there every step of the way! This was my first-ever surgery, and I was initially very nervous. However, within less than five days, I was already walking around and enjoying Istanbul in the winter. The doctors here are truly exceptional—highly professional, compassionate, and very warm. I felt incredibly welcomed. My C-section was smooth and quick, and I’m incredibly grateful to Dr. Özge Yılmaz for delivering my beautiful baby. Dr. Damla Akçora, the anesthesiologist, was also a huge support, both medically and emotionally, throughout the procedure. Both of them exemplified the hospital’s top-class professionalism, equipped with great knowledge and advanced medical tools. More importantly, I felt warm and cared for around them—it was nothing like the intimidating experience I had expected based on doctors in my home country. The pediatricians were equally outstanding. As a first-time parent, I had endless questions, yet Dr. Ahmed and Dr. Burcu Sena patiently answered each one with kindness and expertise. Beyond medical care, the hospital truly goes above and beyond. The rooms are amazing, the nurses provide top-class service, and there are wonderful perks—including a special celebratory dinner and even a complimentary hairdresser for new moms! I had an excellent experience with Medical Consulting Steven. From start to finish, everything was handled with great professionalism and care. I completed all my tests at Acıbadem Hospital, and the entire process was seamless. The hospital facilities were top-notch. Additionally, my six days hotel stay was comfortable and well-organized, making the entire experience stress-free. Steven was outstanding—his dedication, responsiveness, and attention to detail ensured that everything went smoothly. My mother has breast cancer and we made a appointment from the Netherlands to visit a doctor from this hospital for a second opinion. The communication for making the appointment was very well organized and very nice. During the planning I asked what the costs will be for the consult, just so I know. Everything was reasonable so we went on a plane from the Netherlands to Türkiye. And once we got there the price went 2,5 times up the agreed price. And eventually they called me a liar because they never claimed the amount that they said to me. So our trust in this hospital went to zero. And what is more pathetic is that they didn't care that we came from so far and the doctor didn't even bother to personally see us. Only thing we saw was an assistant and the front door. So I leave the conclusion to everyone who reads this review and please think of the following: Lets say that there has been a misunderstanding, If someone comes from 3000 KM away just for an second opinion and lets leave the money aside but the only thing we see is a assistant after a long discussion...... They are fully in for the money and not the medical aspect. Too bad Acibadem... too bad because this Hospital was truly one of my most trusted Hospitals in Istanbul.

My father was there for a full Check -up , before one week and was very satisfied from everything, especially with Steven for DGS who was very helpful and every moment available to help us with everything we need and every question we asked. Definitely we will arrange other check ups with him when we need. Thank you a lot Steven and the doctors of Acibadem Hospital who took care of my father.

I had a wonderful experience at the hospital. All the nurses were incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive throughout my stay. The service was excellent from start to finish – I truly felt cared for. Highly recommended!
